Step-by-Step Admission Process

Convener Quota

Check Eligibility

Verify that you meet the minimum eligibility criteria for your desired program. Check EAPCET/ECET/ICET/PGECET rank requirements and qualifying marks.

Register for Entrance Exam

Register and appear for the relevant entrance exam: TS EAPCET (B.Tech), TS ECET (Lateral Entry), TS ICET (MBA), GATE/PGECET (M.Tech), TS POLYCET (Diploma).

TGCHE Web Counselling

Register on the TGCHE counselling portal. Exercise options (college + branch preferences). Attend certificate verification at the designated Help Line Centre.

Seat Allotment

Download the allotment order from the TGCHE portal. Report to KNRCER within the stipulated time with all original documents.

Both Quotas

Document Verification at KNRCER

Submit original documents for verification at the Admissions Office. Collect the fee payment challan after verification.

Fee Payment

Pay the prescribed tuition fee and other charges at the designated bank or online portal. Retain the fee receipt for future reference.

Enrollment & Joining

Complete the enrollment formalities. Collect your ID card, timetable, and other joining materials. Attend the orientation program.

✅ EAPCET / ECET / ICET / PGECET Hall Ticket & Rank Card
✅ SSC (10th) Original Marks Memo & Certificate
✅ Intermediate (12th) Original Marks Memo & Certificate
✅ Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous institution
✅ Study Certificate (Class 6 to 12)

✅ Caste Certificate (SC/ST/BC/EBC — if applicable)
✅ Income Certificate (for fee reimbursement)
✅ Aadhaar Card (original + photocopy)
✅ Passport-size photographs (6 copies)
✅ Migration Certificate (if from outside Telangana)
